Payments
All payments will be made in U.S. Dollars. We accept checks, money orders, cashiers check and credit cards by PayPal. Payment for services provided hereby shall be made in accordance with the conditions contained in these terms. The Client agrees to pay to Jessica Leigh Web Design an initial, non-refundable deposit of 50 percent of the estimated total cost or a minimum of $300.00 before beginning any project. Final payment is due on completion. Adding of Meta Tags (Description and Keywords) and updating occur only after the full final payment is made.

Copyright & Ownership
Jessica Leigh Web Design retains copyright to all completed website design projects produced by Jessica Leigh Web Design until final payment is received. Rights to photos, graphics, source code, source files, and computer programs are specifically not transferred to the Client, and remain the property of Jessica Leigh Web Design or their respective third-parties.

Client Responsibilities
All content (text) must be provided by client. Images supplied by the Client and displayed on the Client's website will only be used after authorization by the Client, and are the sole responsibility of the Client regarding usage and copyright. Should any legal issues or claims arise from the content or copyright of any images supplied by the Client, they will be the sole responsibility of the Client.

Getting started is simple, all we need to get started is a few sample sites you like the look and feel of in order to get a perspective on the style, colors and layout you are looking for.
